Creating your own mobile site!

Creating your own mobile site is easy. In a few simple steps you will have your own mobile site and other TagTag users will be able to access it!

You have to be a registered user of TagTag to create mobile sites and use full TagTag services! If you are not a registered user, sign up for an account and start building your first mobile site!

New users will automatically enter the wizard for creating a new mobile site after sign-up is completed. Already registered users just login to your account. In my.TagTag select the link Create new mobile site to start the wizard.

Once you launch the wizard do the following:

Enter site name -> site description -> choose site category -> select services for your site or choose a predefined site -> press GO button

After successfully creating your mobile site a message is displayed on the bottom of the page.

To start editing your site select the start editing your site link. Your site will load in the site editor and you will be able to edit its content!

On the right side of the editor the tree structure of your mobile site is displayed. Mobile site editor is similar to other html editors. The highlighted text indicates which page is open for editing - in our case index* page is open. The * means that this page is setup to be the default page. When someone enters your mobile site this is the page that will open.

As we have chosen a predefined mobile site when creating it, there are already some pages created within the mobile site.

To write down information about yourself open each page and change the text. Make sure you save all the changes you have made before you exit the editor!

When you move the mouse over a page or directory you get some more actions available.

Explanation of the icons on mouse-over:

Make this page default in this folder
  Open page in editor
  Rename page
  Delete page
Create new item in this folder
Delete folder and all of its content
