On the St Kilda Esplanade...
The Espy, The Prince of Wales, Luna Park...
This site is pretty close to Fitzroy St, very busy area, lots of tourists, locals enjoying themselves.
While I was getting shots of this one, a Swiss tourist approached me, I thought he wanted directions, but he was after some sweet sweet Ganja.
I told him to hide his expensive-
looking minidisc (hanging out of his jacket) before asking anybody else.
St Kilda is safe enough, but if you're going around asking strangers for pot.... Don't show your nice belongings!
There's a lot of sites around this area, it took me a while to determine this one was the Optus one.
